The IWRP is pleased to announce that we are moving on! As of September 2012, IWRP will be based in Vancouver rather than Victoria, and will continue to carry on its activities as an independent NGO. IWRP is very grateful to the eight years based at the Centre for Global Studies, and will continue an affiliation with the University of Victoria and other learning institutions.
